This policy describes the current Imperium Land Acquisitions website. It covers this website and communications you send to our business contact email. The SMS section also describes our planned text messaging program; it does not mean you have enrolled.
Submitting the property form sends your details to FormSubmit for forwarding to contact@imperiumlandacquisitions.com. It does not create a purchase agreement or enroll you in marketing texts.

We use these details to review the property, respond to your inquiry, and maintain related business records. The form does not collect a phone number or SMS consent.

Our form submits to FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, which processes submissions and forwards them to our business email. FormSubmit, our email provider, and their delivery or security providers may process submitted information and associated technical data to provide those services. A spam check may be required. See FormSubmit’s Privacy Terms for its practices. Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, payment details, identification documents, or other sensitive information through this form.
3. Hosting and Technical Information
Loading this website requires requests to its hosting and access providers. Those providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, requested pages, and authentication information for delivery, access control, security, and operation. Their own privacy notices govern their processing; this policy does not describe a verified inventory or retention schedule of provider logs.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
The website code does not add advertising pixels, marketing cookies, or local-storage tracking. Our form delivery and spam-protection services may process technical information or use cookies when you submit. Hosting or sign-in services may use cookies or similar technology for their own functions. Video and logo files are served with this site rather than embedded from a third-party video player.
