SMS Terms

This website does not currently offer SMS enrollment or collect phone numbers. These terms describe the planned program and do not enroll you or provide permission to contact you.
1. Program and Message Types
Imperium Land Acquisitions plans to offer recurring land-related text communications, including marketing about potential land purchases and follow-ups on property inquiries. Messages may be sent using an SMS campaign platform or automated technology where authorized. Enrollment disclosures must identify the messages and permissions involved before you opt in.
2. Enrollment and Consent
Enrollment requires a separate, affirmative opt-in through an approved process that records your permission. Browsing the website, supplying a number for an unrelated purpose, or appearing in public records or a purchased list does not itself constitute opt-in to this program. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of a purchase, sale, or receiving an offer. These terms do not authorize marketing calls; any required call consent must be addressed separately.
3. Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and the campaign you join. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Contact your wireless provider for details. Delivery is subject to network availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Stop Messages or Get Help
Once enrolled, reply STOP to a program message to opt out. You may receive a single nonmarketing confirmation of your request. You can also communicate a clear request to stop by emailing contact@imperiumlandacquisitions.com. Other reasonable requests to stop messages will be honored. To get help, reply HELP to a program message or email us. STOP and HELP handling must be active before the program launches.
5. Your Number and Privacy
Only enroll a number you are authorized to use. Let us know if it changes or is reassigned. Our Privacy Policy explains intended handling of mobile numbers, messages, consent records, and opt-out records. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Material changes to the program will require updated disclosures and any consent required by applicable law. Posting revised terms does not itself create or expand your consent.
